Obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University and the Master's Degree in Management Studies from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises. In 2002, she co-founded Beijing Northern DFsoft Software Development Co., Ltd. She focuses on the gas information solution planning, the software system design and marketing, and she is good at assisting gas companies realize the operation management reform and innovation through information application. She translated Understanding of Today's Natural Gas ( Bob Shively & John Ferrare) into Chinese version, which was published in 2006. She was ranked in Top 10 Elite 2008 in Chinese gas industry.

As a professor-level senior engineer with Bachelor and Master's degree in Engineering, he is a member of the National Commission of Flow Measurement Technology, and also of Branch I of National TC124 on Industrial Process, Measurement, Control and Automation SAC (SAC/TC124/SC1). His profession is the instrument technology, and his research area focuses on the flow measurement instrument. He has participated in the edition of 6 monographs, edited 1 monograph, published over 10 papers, gained over 10 utility model patents, and participated in the edition of 10 standards. And he was elected as the third-level training candidate of Project 151 in Zhejiang Province, and the first-level candidate of Project 551 in Wenzhou, the 2nd Round of Famous Masters in Wenzhou.

Doctor of Engineering in accelerator physics, modern physics institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He specializes in software architecture design and IPD process, and has rich experience in product development and R&D management. He had published 4 academic papers in core journals.

Doctor of Mechatronic Engineering in Zhejiang University, he engages in the serial robot structure design and optimization, electrical system design, robot intelligent control algorithm research, electronic circuit design, etc.. He has led in 12 scientific research projects, published 12 papers in the SCI/EI/ISTP, and won 4 national invention patents.

He won 3 Science and Technology Progress Award at ministerial and provincial level.  He had published 30 academic papers in core journals.
