Approved by the China Metrology Association, 5 group standards drafted by the Water Meter Working Committee of China Metrology Association, including the "Safety Rules for Cold Potable Water Meter" were released on November 30, 2020, planned to be taking effect on April 1, 2021.

Goldcard subsidiaries Goldard Smart Water Technology Co., Ltd., and Tancy Instrument Technology Co., Ltd., participated in the compilation of group standards, "Safety Rules for Cold Potable Water Meter", " Evaluation and Testing Technical Specifications of Electronic Water Meters" and "NB-IoT Water Meters".
